At BetterWild, we stand by the quality of our products and proudly offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all our products. If you or your furry friend aren't satisfied with our products, you've got a full 30 days to request a refund (less our processing fee of $4.95)
To start a return, please reach out to us at info@betterwild.com or follow the instructions below.
1. Unopened product can be mailed back to us at:

2. Email us your tracking information so we can confirm receipt of your return (we do not provide return labels).
3. Once your order has been received at our facility, please allow 5-7 days for processing.
4. Once processed, we will then issue a refund, less the $4.95 processing fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at info@betterwild.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
