IF YOU ARE A U.S. RESIDENT (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF NEW JERSEY), YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS:

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY – IT MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION AND TO HAVE A TRIAL IN FRONT OF A JURY.

NO CLASS ACTIONS: each party hereby knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally waives its right to participate in a class or collective action against the other party in any dispute or proceeding (whether based on contract, statute, tort, or any other theory). All claims must be brought solely in a party's individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, consolidated action, representative action or proceeding.

WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL: each party hereby knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all rights they may have (including but not limited to, their constitutional or statutory right to go to court and have a trial in front of a jury) to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding for any disputes whatsoever between the parties, including but not limited to, disputes in any way arising out of or relating to these terms or the relationship of the parties (whether based on contract, statute, tort, or any other theory).

SECTION 16. ARBITRATION AND DISPUTE TERMS

THE LAWS OF CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR MANDATORY ARBITRATION. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE PROVISIONS BELOW MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

 If any dispute arises between you and BetterWild, you and BetterWild agree, as permitted by applicable law, to resolve any claim or controversy at law or equity arising out of, relating to, or connected in any way with your use of the Site (including, but not limited to these Terms), including any question regarding the Terms’ existence, validity or termination, through binding arbitration in Dover, Delaware, Kent County unless we and you expressly agree, in writing, not to arbitrate. The dispute, to the extent permissible by applicable law, shall be referred to JAMS (www.jamsadr.com) for final and binding arbitration under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures if the matter in dispute is over $250,000 or under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures if the matter in dispute is $250,000 or less, to be held in Kent County  before a single arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrability of this agreement is governed by the laws of State of Delaware as well as the United States Federal Arbitration Act.

 If for any reason any claim proceeds to court rather than arbitration, you and BetterWild agree, to the extent permissible by applicable law, to waive any right to a jury trial and you agree to waive any right to bring a class action lawsuit as detailed in Section 15 of these Terms of Service. 

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this section is intended to limit your mandatory rights under applicable law. 

SECTION 17 -SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

U.S. Shipping

How soon will I receive my package?

Standard shipping typically takes 4–6 business days, depending on your location. Please note that this includes 1–2 business days for order processing.

How much does shipping cost?

For one-time, non-subscription orders, standard shipping within the U.S. is $5. BetterWild subscribers receive 25% off of their orders (including free shipping)

Do you offer expedited shipping?

What is your return policy?

We’re pleased to offer a 30-day Guarantee that is designed to give you and your dog the opportunity to try BetterWild for the first time, risk-free. If you or your pup are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less our processing fee of $4.95).

Where is BetterWild made?

BetterWild products are formulated and manufactured in the United States.

Is your packaging recyclable?

BetterWild’s packaging is 100% recyclable. One of our goals is to eliminate the plastics found in so many pet products that end up ruining the oceans and many natural habitats. Our packaging is entirely plastic-free, and we plan to continue to do this in the future.

Will BetterWild products work with my cat?

While we truly love all animals, BetterWild products are specifically formulated by veterinarians for use by dogs. At this time, we do not offer products for cats, though expanding to feline-friendly options is something we are actively considering for the future.

What do I do if my dog doesn't like the taste?

If your dog is hesitant to try our chews, we suggest starting with half a chew or mixing it into their regular meals. Many have also found success by pairing the chews with a small amount of peanut butter or cheese!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.

Yes, we do accept most prepaid Visa, Mastercard, and American Express gift cards. Please ensure that the card has been properly activated and registered with a billing address before use.

International Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

At this time, we currently ship internationally to Canada only.

We hope to expand our international shipping options in the future and will be sure to share updates as we grow. To stay informed, we recommend subscribing to our email list by clicking the yellow “Join Our Pack” pop-out on the left-hand side of our website.

Are duties and taxes covered in your flat-rate shipping?

Customs duties and taxes are not included in our flat-rate shipping cost and may be charged by the carrier upon delivery. Please note that these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for refund.
